Recliner is nice and so is customer service
I bought one of the recliners through a retailer. A few bearings came out of the castor when the power cord got jammed in them and the cord broke. Customer service on the phone was quick and easily understood my situation. They were willing to replace the parts but in the end, they replaced the whole recliner. Very appreciative of how they were willing to help Also, the product in general is wonderful.

Great product and great service by Mondawe
We really enjoy the brushed gold and black shower systems we purchased for our (2) bathroom upgrades. They are sleek and easy to operate. Recently one of those needed a hand held hose adapter replacement part as it developed a small crack. Mondawe was SUPER helpful in identifying the part I needed and rapidly engaged with me to get it in the mail to my home!

Excellent Customer Service
Not only the fireplace I bought is good but the customer is mind blowing. Phenomenol . I LOST the mounting hardware for the fireplace purchased 2 years back. Reached out to them and they shipped one for free. Kept following up until I confirmed that the fireplace was mounted.

Replaced a shower system part under warranty. Customer Service reps were very responsive and followed up at every step of the process to ensure that all was properly working. They were also very friendly-making you feel like this was the only claim they were working on.

Love the electric fireplace
Love the electric fireplace. Not too small. Placed it in our basement living room. It made the room warm fast enough. Customer service is awesome. They followed up regarding my order. Our current wood fireplace was broken so I placed it in front of it and it looks great. I’m happy with my purchase.
