I ordered 4 products on 12/5, in 2 separate orders. As I got closer to Christmas & worried about no notice for shipment, I tried to reach out. Couldn’t find a number to call. So I sent an email and received a generic response about how busy they were and they were working around the clock to get orders out the door. They had no idea how popular these items would be...blah, blah, blah. At the bottom of the email, they had their website address starting with 4 W’s - wwww. (this site wouldn’t let me write it out for some reason). Ummm....that’s when my radar really started going off. Four W’s!?? I sent an email back that I thought the whole thing was a scam and received a coupon as a response. Meanwhile, they continued to advertise on Instagram and in all the comments it was nothing but people saying they still hadn’t received their orders. Needless to say, my orders were not delivered by Christmas and I was completely embarrassed. THANKS ALOT!!! So the 2nd order I placed arrived on January 6 and my 1st order arrived 1/11. There were multiple items in the first order there was no protection between the metal, so they are all scratched. Then I get an email from the owner just now saying that he’s getting bad reviews on this site and would I mind writing a positive review.....HAHAHAHAHA!!! No. Horrible company, bad customer service, unrealistic expectations set for your customers. Do not order from them. Oddly enough, my sister purchased the same gift for me from another company and they shipped it on time. And its a better product.

I bought the product beginning of December hoping to get it before Christmas. Got an email from Moments engrave saying they couldn't deliver before Christmas due to surge in demand, and they would like to guarantee the workmanship of their product. I recieved the product this week and was extremely disappointed with it. First, the material felt flimsy and cheap, I was expecting a thicker metal. I think it's only a mm. Secondly, the name was so tiny and not even centered, my understanding when I put the order and looked at the preview was that it wont look exactly like the preview, that they will at least center it and align it properly. Now I spent more than $100 for something I cant even hang. I demand a refund for this product. If a customer is looking to buy this product right now, please reconsider. You will be wasting your money for something you cant even use.

Very poor customer service. Ordered in November for guaranteed Christmas delivery. Received one email in December again guaranteeing delivery by Christmas. After repeated calls and emails finally got order expedited for January 9th delivery. No refund, no apology. I’m no longer a customer.

Very disappointed with your company . I too was promised my item delivered in time for Christmas . It was the most important gift for my husband . After numerous calls and emails I finally got it on dec 30 th. I won’t recommend your company to anyone .

Terrible customer service. I dealt with Reina via Email. I was trying to place a custom order but she never answered my specific questions. Also, she asked for the same basic information three times even though I had already emailed her the information. Then she quoted me a price of $299.00 for the product without having answered my questions. Aside from that the original product ( 24” split level monogram) was priced at $129.00. All I wanted to add was my wedding date and the price went up to $299.00!? I don’t think so. I wish I had looked at the many negative reviews before wasting my time with this company.

Absolutely worst company. They will charge your card and never deliver even months late. When trying to cancel they will deny it even though they are more then 8 weeks behind and you paid to skip the line. I have told them to cancel and they won't, I am disputing the credit card charge, they are still trying to shove the order down my throat.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I’m having a terrible issue with this company. Messed about no end on a custom piece. I paid €399 upfront. Weeks later still no mock up!! And bad customer service. I’ve asked to cancel it as they haven’t even started to job. But they say no. I had to cancel with 24 hours of the order. I’m pursuing this and my refund. They have blocked me on Instagram as I wrote a bad review... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Horrible company! They create a shipping label with a delivery date so they get paid then cancel or void the the next day. They have my money, I have nothing. Claimed they couldnt find my order. Ordered on 12/13 promised Christmas delivery now they are saying 4 to 5 weeks. It may be a custom order but seriously, it's a piece of metal on a CNC machine. Not that difficult.
