Was very disappointed it didn't arrive for Xmas as promised .Dont think it was worth the money it was light as a feather plus the extra £20 I had to pay on delivery ,As for the 20 dollar voucher that's been promised I'd rather have it put into my bank account

would like to know where is my order finally recieved item

DO NOT ORDER *** DO NOT ORDER *** Poor customer service. Calls into the service goes to voicemail for all 3 extensions. Been trying since Dec 18th! Standard bot answers on social media. Placed Order on November 12 with all orders placed by the December 2nd guarantee delivery by Christmas. Made 3 calls and 4 emails prior to Dec 15th all stating order be on time. I let the representative know that I wanted to cancel the order and place it with another company because I was concerned about the delivery time. It’s been over four weeks and I still hadn’t received it. She assured me it would be received before Christmas. Well it didn’t arrive by Christmas. It came after Christmas. It was intended for my sister who lives 120 miles away. I was promised two phone calls from a supervisor. All i got was crickets ... At the very least I should receive a phone call with an apology and they should step up pay for postage and have the gift sent to my sister. I received an email today from “JB “CEO to all their customers stating that they humbly apologize that they missed only a few of the 10’s of thousands of orders they had. Honestly that is such a complete lie especially knowing that my order was November 12th which was in time of the deadline December 2nd so if Nov 12th missed the delivery for December 25 I can only imagine everyone who’s upset who ordered after Nov 12- Dec 2nd! Bottom line not worth it. Not impressed with the quality either!

To anyone looking to purchase from moments engraved I would say DONT. Customer service is poor product is poor, packaging for international delivery is none existent, I bought Among other items the wall bracket and 3 months later still don’t have it and they still haven’t even admitted fault, the engraved item was damaged beyond use and again even after being sent photos and literally hundreds of emails no response from moments engraved. You are dealing with a company that just wants to separate you from your cash? To any international buyers please note further charges to be added in import tax that moments engraved will not mention or except is there responsibility to incorporate, sell sell sell is the moments engraved policy customer service and correcting any wrongs for any repeat business is not a concern USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY FOR YOUR ITEM, THEIR ARE LOADS OUT THERE. You have been warned

It's almost sad they put all this effort into covering for there horrible service, ordered Dec3 still no Christmas gift , when ordering they gave no indication of a delay in order or cut off date for Christmas delivery, come on man people are Christmas shopping and when you know that and still don't give any indication that's BAD business!!!! Still waiting!???

I have been waiting 6 weeks for my order. I was told that it would be 4 weeks. Still no delivery. Today I received an email from the company worried about the negative reviews they are getting here. Asked me to leave a glowing review and they would give me $20 off a future order. (Buying good reviews?). I wouldn’t order from them if they only take my money and don’t fill their orders. Moments Engraved charged my credit card the day I ordered but still no product. Beware! I think it’s a scam!!!! I am trying to get my money back since they can’t deliver.

Like most I would give a zero if possible . Hade made an order before 12/2/19 which they guaranteed delivery by 12/25/19. Emailed several times and gave a story they were flooded but still would make shipping arrangements to still guarantee 12/25/19 delivery. Didn’t happen . Then sent me a $20.00 discount voucher on next purchase . Email Amy with customer service several times . Lies , lies ,and more lies is all I ever got . My brother in law has been practicing law for over 30 years and as he has reviewed all correspondence and says they are not a reputable company and definitely not a smart one . Says , as I already knew , they have admitted quilt on their guaranteed delivery numerous times and still continue to lie . Received email on Monday night January 6th at 10:20 pm that they would deliver Wednesday January 8th . Did arrive 1/8/20 but had them return it unopened as I had told them I was going to. Have disputed credit card charges . Yet to see how that will turn out . If they return money I will be satisfied and never recommend or do business with them again . If not , my brother in law will sue them even tho he said probably never get anything from them because they a bogus company. I feel sorry for people that will have to hire an attorney because they will be out more money . Lucky for me we have one in family.

This company is a sham. 0 customer service. I ordered 2 signs on Nov 13 with guaranteed delivery for Christmas. When I tried to get ahold of customer service for my order all I got back were generic emails saying if I had ordered by deadline I would get it ( I ordered 6 weeks before deadline). I left multiple voicemails and not one reply even though they said they would reply within 24 hours. Signs arrived in the new year after almost 10 weeks. Too late to give as intended. Don’t waste your time on a company that does not value a customer.....even when they have sent 10 VIP emails to buy more product.
