I find it interesting that you would offer a $20 reward for a positive review, while I have been waiting for +2 months for a resolution to a damaged product I received. Very poor service! I don’t think I’d recommend you to anyone or ever order anything from you again. I placed an order Nov. 8 & still don’t have a satisfactory solution. The only thing I got from you was a refusal to return my money. Very disappointing!!!

I ordered on November 24 and received my order, which was a Christmas gift, on January 7. I would never order from this company again. Now to receive an email asking for positive reviews, making your customers who have left honest reviews of their disappointing experience with you sound like the bad guys. Shame on you. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

BUYER BEWARE! Terrible experience! I ordered in plenty of time for their guaranteed by Christmas delivery. When I STILL didn’t have my item by Christmas Eve I had a group of friends email on my behalf (because I was blocked) to inquire about it and two were actually told it had been delivered (and on two different dates) and four were told it was still in processing! The others got the same memo I was getting until I asked for management and was blocked which was that “They'll be notified when it’s shipped.” I emailed them telling them how all my friends on fb know what kind of “great customer service I was getting’ and that because I didn’t have a gift to give on Christmas they should be ashamed! I get an email response from Jay “the mgr” telling me they had a flood and my order was damaged and he could give me a 20 gift card!!!!! I told him to keep his gift card and give me my money back. Crickets! Then, two days later I get and email my order was shipped!!!!! My plan was to refuse it and wait/fight for a refund but my free shipping order was held at the post office with a 12 dollar shipping charge!!!!! I didn’t know my husband went to get it or I would have stopped him. Sadly, in the end it’s probably best he did because this company, without a doubt, would have Never refunded me!!!!! I was done with any correspondence with them until I get and email from JAY yesterday, who seemingly has no clue who I am, asking me to go on this sight and write an honest review. Well Jay, I’m happy to oblige. And....I will continue, every chance I get to warn people about this company. Not only did I NOT get my guaranteed before Christmas item they opted to LIE to me and my friends about the order rather than be honest about this so called flood. There is no way as choreographed and practiced as their delay and lie to their customer tactics were that I’m the only person that has been treated this way. On a final note: the product was slightly bent at the top. Go figure!

I ordered two signs in November for Christmas gifts. They were the same sign only difference was the size. Larger one was delivered Christmas Eve - it was thrown onto our property and was damaged / bent. We decided to bang it back into shape rather than deal with this company. The second one I was told they didn't have all the information needed. Then yesterday I received an email telling me the second sign has been shipped. So all of a sudden they found the original order info??? Customer service was no help whatsoever. I would never purchase from them ever again.

What a disaster of a company!!! Where should I start??? 1. Custom sign came spelled INCORRECT. What a JOKE! How does this happen?? They actually mailed out a custom sign with 2 letters missing from the last part of my name. NO quality control! Packing slip showed name spelling correct but they still sent a misspelled sign??? Seriously! 3. Poor communication/emails when placing an order. 4. Never answer phone--don't know why they even post a phone number. 5. Order came 2 weeks after Christmas! 6. Still haven't received a replacement but you better know that they have my MONEY! Having to deal with company and then to sit down and write an honest review so others don't have to go through this is such a major headache! I was so embarrassed that I did not have the Xmas gift I ordered to gift to my husband. Also:To any international buyers please note further charges to be added in import tax that moments engraved will not mention.

They are EXTREMELY DISHONEST!! Don’t do business with them!! I placed an order - I did not receive an email confirmation as I had previously and my credit card rejected the tranasaction. So I went ahead a created a new order. They BILLED ME FOR BOTH. I received a duplicate item as well. I emailed and explained the situation even provided my rejected credit card email. I had to email SEVERAL TIMES before I received a response ...finally I got one - they would not refund me for the duplicate order. So disappointed with this company and their customer service... don’t even think about it.... Patsy

Their service is terrible. We could not get a repose to our multiple phone calls and emails about where our products were. They promised them delivered before Christmas Day but we got them almost 3 weeks later. And one of them was made wrong. We will never order from them again.

The quality was horrible, my sign came bent and badly damaged, the sign wasn’t what I was expecting at all. Very disappointed!
