I would have easily given 5 stars as the product is worthy of it. Unfortunately, I am one of many who received their order late, (which was meant as Christmas gifts). I received mine on Jan 2nd. Very disappointed to say the least. However, the end product was simply beautiful. I did appreciate though the update emails notifying of the delays and status of when I was to receive the goods, as well as the company owning accountability. Bottom line - great product, poor execution. Regardless, I would order again, perhaps a few months in advance this time.

Bought a monogrammed sign (with the antlers) for my daughter and son-in-law. They love it. It was well made and was delivered when they said it would be. It really is a very unique and special gift to give to someone.

I am writing to let you know that i ordered this gift for my inlaws for christmas on Nov.24th. It was supposed to be delivered by christmas. They finally got it today on January 11th. They loved it of course but i was really disapointed that they didnt get it in time. But i was really happy about when i would email you about updates about it you answered me right away so thankyou for that. I will order from you again.

I and my Family were both pleased with the products and delivery which was sent to Canada. All I can suggest is that hopefully you have learned from this experience and maybe put a cut off date for Christmas orders which would allow you lots of time to fulfil your orders. The products are well crafted and beautifully finished, as described. They did arrive late for Christmas which was disappointing but the products were worth the wait. Delays happen, but I would suggest better communication and Better tracking with customers as first time online buyers tend to worry about the legitimacy of a company they haven’t dealt with before. I received your request for a review so here goes.... your product is superb absolutely love the quality and design, as did the couple who I ordered it for as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, I received it after Christmas (order was placed in November) and I paid extra for expedited shipping because I live in Canada and was having it delivered to a US address where I would have to pick it up. Although I’m unhappy about the date of delivery and the shipping charge I would never make negative comments online without fully knowing the circumstances. I don’t know what caused your delays and backups but if it was due to the unexpected number of orders then good for you on being successful with such an extraordinary product. I just wish I had been refunded the unnecessary shipping charge. Regardless, I give you 4 stars and wish you all the success in the future. Being in business is hard and there are lessons to be learned along the way. Best of luck to you in the future. This is not my first and only order from your company! 👍

I loved the item i bought, it’s amazing, having said that i ordered it november 11th and received it the day after Christnas was bummed about that but things happen. i would buy something again, my son who the gift was for loved it . hope the best for your company in the future. sincerely Chris

I too was one of the people that had been waiting for my initial to come having ordered it Nov 24th. Fourtunatly it wasn't a Christmas gift so that wasn't an issue for me, but I do have to say I was beginning to think it was a SCAM after a while as I had heard nothing. My husband asked me if I had contacted customer services? I hadn't so I did and within 24hrs saying it was in line for posting. Low and Behold Jan 3ard I was sent a confirmation of postage plus tracking number from DHL. Jan 7th it was delivered to me I am delighted with my purchase. May I say to those who are still waiting for their purchase. I think the problem was that ME were over whelmed with the amount of orders made.and couldn't cope with demand.
