I ordered the 24” initial wall hanging with a saying in the middle. While it was ordered before Christmas, it was delivered after the holiday due to a number of unfortunate circumstances. When it arrived we were very happy with the product. The recipient loved it. We were impressed with the craftsmanship. I would definitely use this company again and I’m confident we would receive the item in a timely manner. The company was upfront with me about their issues every step of the way. I thank them for that.

Great product, customer service and communication great always answered inquiry I had. Would highly recommend

I have purchased 3 monagram metal plaques from Momentsengraved and thus far are very satisfied with the product, all arrived as expected , customer service and communication was great , if you purchased out side of USA one must expect Border duty tax of approx 15% of value to pay the UPS you can prepay on the UPS website you receive

Great product. Shipment in time. One slight issue with product bent but service very good in advising how to fix. fixed no problem, will definitely use again.

sehr schönes Produkt. Schade kam es erst im Januar und nicht auf Weihnachten. Schade auch dass noch Gebühren von UPS verlangt wurden. Ein echter Hingucker. würde es sofort wieder kaufen...... einfach früher bestellen.

SO pleased with our purchase!! It was a gift for our parents and they are thrilled! The quality is excellent and exactly as ordered. I was a bit concerned as there was little communication after placing the order but when I inquired, they replied promptly and assured me that delivery would be on time. I had ordered prior to the Christmas deadline and it arrived just in time for Christmas. The only issue they have to resolve now is where to hang it!! :)

Gorgeous piece of art in iron! Arrived quickly and in good condition, in time for Xmas. Many compliments! Thanks! Will definitely be ordering more as presents! Terry T

I was very pleased with the product(a gift) and received it just in time for our Christmas celebration, which we do early, before the actual holiday. Even though I had messed up the address, I was able to correct it through their customer service department, who were very helpful. Thank you for a beautiful product & service. Barb, Missouri
