What a fab product and fab company. From the moment I ordered there was emails going through the ordering process, also warning that there could be delay on delivery if i was expecting it for Xmas. I ordered the compass sign for my husband as a present and he was ecstatic with it. I will be ordering from Moments Engraved again as they are a company that value their customers. The only negative thing I will say and it’s nothing to do with the company as you read in their delivery that the courier is subject to charge at the customer end. If you do get a delivery from DHL UK make sure you have cash as they don’t take credit/debit cards

Excellent Company. I ordered a Beautiful family "Tree of Life" name sign for my sister andher husband for Christmas. Although it didn't arrive for Christmas I was kept informed of the status and what the issues were at all times. Wonderful Customer Services. Oh and by the way, my sister absolutley loved it. So over all a great company to work with.

Ordering was easy, it was picking out just one of the great designs. The one I chose has our full last name and is beautiful. My husband hung it on the house right after we received it. I chose for our sign to be black and it looks great against our red brick. My only regret is that I should have ordered a larger size. But now I get to order another sign just much larger.

The product was delivered internationally on-time and quality was absolutely stunning. Very happy we have ordered here and highly recommend Moments Engraved!

Being 100% honest i was afraid to order from this company because just a few months before I got taken ordering a very similar item from a different company. This time I read the reviews and they were all positive. Soooo I took a chance and I’m SOOOO glad I did! It was just as beautiful, if not more so! I LOVE IT & HIGHLY recommend it. You’ll be so glad u did 🙂

I have ordered 3 different gifts for 3 different families. Hearing from one family with tears of joy, gratitude and emotion, I could not have chosen a more reliable gift from a more impressive manufacturer .... I appreciate your company's attention to detail. I am prompted to write this review after seeing the bad reviews, I am really pleased with the product, it’s exactly what as it was advertised, I should have ordered a larger one because I wanted to put it on my house and it’s a bit small for that but I will place it in my barber shop or office. Over all it is a great buy and as far as the delay, I tracked my package from Saks 5th go all the way to Sacramento before it finally came to Chicago, so 🤷🏽‍♀️go figure. wrong time of the year for OTA
