Exactly what was ordered but...
The item itself looks great, what I had thought it to be. Was charged shipping when it stated shipping was free, it was to Canada so expected some shipping but not full price where this was a sale. Then had to pay more for duty, where I had to pay shipping assumed because you couldn't find anything to confirm or deny this would be included in extra price. I do realize that this is out of the control of moments engraved and this is the Christmas gift I am most excited to have opened. Thank you Moments Engraved.

The overall buying experience was…
The overall buying experience was great! I tried to do a live chat during the checkout process, the chat was not available at that time, however I received an email shortly after with the answers to my questions, That is great customer service!

Worth the delay from FedEx
Finally got my sign which was delayed by FedEx not sure why but it was definitely worth the wait. The quality and style is definitely a 10. I will order from this company again.

We received our Moments Engraved as a housewarming gift a couple of years ago and love it. So much so that we ordered one to give to our daughter and family for their new house. It looks just as beautiful and was delivered right on time.
