I purchased a monogram at the end of November 2019 for my parents who have everything. I was assured that the gift would arrive prior to Christmas however due a shipping issue the gift did not arrive till December 27. I was a bit disappointed however I do understand stuff happens. The monagram was wonderful and my parents loved it. Moments Engraved was sorry and promptly issued a gift card for a further purchase. I will probably use the gift card and purchase one for myself.

Even though It took a while to arrive and I missed Christmas Day and due to some rumours I heard that it’s a con My signs arrived today and I am over the moon They are fantastic my only problem was that as I live in Cyprus I was charged at delivery an extra 30 euros taxes which I was expecting but the delivery company charged an extra 20 euros handling fees which I thought was a bit naughty as I had already paid delivery.

I ordered 4 items at an amazing price from this company and love each and every one of them! I am definitely planning on ordering more items for other occasions. Thank you for providing unique presents for my family!

I received my order just a couple of days before Christmas. I was concerned it would not get here in time but it did and I was very happy with how it turned out.

I ordered a 24” monogram for my newly married daughter and her husband for Christmas. The item arrived in a timely manner but was damaged in transit. The team could not have been more responsive to replace the item. I immediately received a reply to my inquiry and once I provided photos of the damage a replacement was created. The customer service could not have been better. Actually the reason for the 4 star rating has to do with my color selection. The bronze color I ordered would better be described as chocolate. It was not what I expected and I probably would have made a different choice. My daughter loved her gift and it is hanging in her living room!

I ordered this sign for my oldest daughter and her husband for Christmas. It did not arrive on time. HOWEVER, it is perfect and lovely. They love it and said that it was worth the wait! I understand that the company was overwhelmed with orders. Sometimes things custom made need a little more time and patience. Everyone is SO " right this minute" lately, give someone grace once in a while. I would have given them a five star, but it WAS late, lol. I am glad that I used this company, their work is flawless.

This was a Christmas gift for my son in law. Beautiful craftsmanship it's absolutely stunning. It's hand made not mass-produced. Email to make sure it would be received in time.I received a response with-in 24 hrs. He loves it.

I received my sign and there was an issue with it and after messaging customer service, I received the new correct sign and it's great! It's really nice, good workmanship.
