I was thrilled with my product and the customer service I experienced. I came across this business as a Facebook ad. I was dubious about purchasing from an overseas company that I had never heard of so messaged them before ordering with some questions which were answered promptly. I ordered late November and my product arrived about a week before Christmas. I could not be happier with the item and service. In saying that - their social media advertising campaign was obviously far more successful than they had envisioned. Although my order was on track, I did receive several generic emails advising of possible delays. I’m not sure what else they could be expected to do in that scenario. Maybe write individual emails to those affected? This would surely only slow production further. As for asking for reviews, being a business owner myself I see no problem with this and have infact asked my clients for reviews in the past. This was obviously a calculated risk on moments engaved’s behalf - they clearly know that they have far more satisfied customers than dissatisfied ones. They could have opted to write a bunch of fake reviews themselves but they have remained genuine and honest. I would happily order from moments engraved again. As with any online shopping at Christmas time, delays do unfortunately occur sometimes either as a result of production issues or problems with shipping companies. I am so happy with this product. I ordered just in time for xmas, I have to say even if it came after it was well worth it. I think since these guys are so awesome at what they do, they didn't expect to get bombarded with orders. I think if you are happy with your purchase rate them on the product not the arrival, next time shop early.

Excellent Product The item I received from Moments engraved was perfect. Exactly what I had expected. The staff responded quickly to my emails regarding delivery date. I was fortunate that I did receive my item on Dec 23, in time for Christmas. I had ordered it in mid-November, giving 4 -5 weeks for delivery. When I was notified that the item may not arrive before Christmas, I was very disappointed and wrapped up a picture of the item. My recommendation to the company is to indicate the length of time required to produce these individual items, and also make a deadline date for Christmas orders. I am sure at other times of the year it would not be an issue and I am sure you will be pleased with their products.

I ordered Two family name Monograms , and they Both arrived in time for Christmas Gifts. They are absolutely beautiful and high quality. I am thrilled and my son & his wife were most impressed when they opened their’s on Christmas. We are very pleased with the company and the customer service.

Because I was late ordering my plaque, it did not arrive by Christmas (yes, it was a gift). While I was disappointed, I could not be more pleased with the product which arrived a few days ago. Easy fix for Christmas was taking a screen shop, printing it on Christmas paper, wrapping it and giving it - voila, issue solved. I read a review from someone who said the company did not respond to phone calls or emails. While I didn't call, I did email twice, and had a response within a couple of days which is absolutely appropriate. I am preparing to order a second monogram plaque for another family member.

I ordered three of the engravings for gifts. I was very pleased with the product. They looked beautiful when they came in. It was worth the wait. Unfortunately I am not able to share The pictures of them hanging. Our friends have not showed us them hanging in their home.
