fantastic gifts. I'm totally pleased!

I ordered my split letter sign and received the product within 2 weeks of ordering it (I live in Canada) which was awesome. The split letter sign is gorgeous, well made and we loved it, however there was a minor miscommunication of what I had requested. The customer service team were fantastic, prompt, courteous and most importantly were focused on making things right. I spoke to Jay and he was professional, offered a solution and the matter was resolved in a manner that shows that this company and it's staff really do provide exceptional customer service. I am so happy with the product and am very impressed by the outstanding customer service.

The metal name/initial wall art is beautiful! With the reduced pricing at the holidays, also very affordable. This will be my go-to gift for weddings!!

My sign arrived quickly and was everything I expected, beautiful. It was a gift and was forwarded on, the recipients loved it. My only suggestion would be that the packaging was quite battered and could have been stronger, luckily the sign was undamaged.

First I bought the family tree with our name for my husband, and he and I love it. For Christmas I bought snowflakes for my husband, my grandson and me. They are very nice. Wished I'd bought them in a bigger size. I already recommended the company to Friends.

I m happy they take care of their costumers

I ordered a name plaque fairly close to Christmas and didn’t really expect to receive it on time. I also ordered one for my sister in the US. I was pleasantly surprised when both orders were delivered before Christmas! We loved our plaque, and my sis and brother in law loved theirs. Great product, fairly heavy metal and a great design.

This was a very easy purchase for me! It was exactly what I expected and I received it before Christmas (which I wasn’t expecting). The company was in communication with me via email consistently! I would purchase again!!
