I bought a metal sign for my daughter and her fiancé's wedding. It looks great. It arrived in good condition, and the bride and groom were very pleased with it. I'd purchase from them again anytime I had a need.

Happy with my purchase. Delivery was fast. I had a few questions, prior to making the purchase. Customer Service answered my questions expeditiously. Good company to do business with.

Got off to a rough start and a long wait but in the end the final product and customer service were both spectacular. These are one of a kind items and not assembly line products. If you’re willing to wait it’s worth it!

Five stars are for the product. It's beautiful. Yes, the delivery was delayed and I started to wonder what was up since I had received an e-mail stating that my bird was on its way. So I contacted them via e-mail and received a prompt response advising that the delay was due to the amount of orders received and they were doing their best to catch up with demand. I was patient and it came the next week. Mine made it in time for Christmas and the recipient loved it. As did I so I may order another one for myself.

I ordered at the beginning of December and did not get it in time for Christmas but I love the quality of the product. Christmas just lasted a little longer getting it late

I purchased a sign for my parents a couple of hi weeks before Christmas. It arrived on time and they LOVE IT! I as well as all of my siblings are going to place orders for ourselves. I highly recommend!

I am sorry for those of you who did not receive your orders before Christmas. While mine came later than expected, it was delivered before the 25th. Perhaps I ordered much earlier given how taken I have been with the products I have already received from this company. I’ve made several orders now and I’ve had absolutely nothing to complain about. The quality of materials is great (I may be wrong but it seems as though my Christmas order was even sturdier than previous pieces) and the intricate detailing and personalization make each piece a great gift for someone or a special treat for yourself.
