I ordered two pieces that were intended to be Christmas gifts. My order got caught up in the crush of orders they received at this time of year. I received an email explaining the situation. I contacted them to see if they could split ship my order because one needed to go to my son who lives 5 hours away but was here for Christmas. They agreed to that with no extra cost. Each of my children have received their metal pieces and both are thrilled. All I did on Christmas Day was print a copy of my online receipt where there were sample pictures and showed them to my kids. They were good with the delay and have both commented now that it was worth the wait. I am a happy customer!!

Being a business owner myself I know 1st hand how some people are far too quick to slate businesses, completely exaggerate about events and try to ruin them.. Therefore I would like to give Moments Engraved the 5 star review I feel they deserve.. Fair enough my order arrived not quite as I requested, but someone was on hand to assist me straight away. I cannot rate their Customer Services enough, for both the speed and the resolution to my order. I am now the proud owner of exactly what I ordered so thank you to everyone at Moments Engraved that assisted with this 👌 So before you jump on the band wagon and give a bad review for the sake of it, try resolving the problem first, and remember everyone is human and mistakes sometimes happen, I’m sure you aren’t perfect after all!!

We ordered a gift for our neighbors in early November. Realizing that it was a relatively short time before they were moving away the week before Christmas I had a back up plan if it did not arrive in time for us to give it to them before they moved. I emailed ME on 10/27 and received a personal response the next day telling me that everything was being done to ship my order quickly even with the unusual demand the company was experiencing. Imagine how happy I was to get the email that my order shipped 12/9. Then I knew we should receive before our neighbors moved. It was beautiful. Our neighbors loved it and will proudly display it on the new home they will build in El Paso. On a side note, the magnet mounting is outrageous! It is the strongest magnet my husband and I have ever seen. So, thank you Momentsengraved. You exceeded our expectations and we will definitely recommend your company to our friends and family.

Ordered from moments engraved in November and asked if I placed an order would it arrive in time for Christmas. The response was yes. Before Christmas some products were damaged and therefore had to be made again but I was informed what had happened and an apology was made. My ordered arrived and am completely satisfied with it.

Unique home accent. Bought one for my family and one as a gift. Everyone who sees it compliments us. Easy company to interact with. As this is handcrafted, I knew it would take time. I would email for status checks and they responded. They kept their promise. We received before the promised due date and was able to give one as a Christmas gift.

We have been really pleased with our tree of life sign, with our family surname. It looks very smart on our White House wall and has been commented on very favorably. Thanks moments engraved!

I must say the signs were awesome ordered beginning of December and even though they were swamped with orders and emailed that it might not make in time for Christmas they did and my Mom loved it. I would definitely recommend moments engraved.

We ordered a gift for our son and his wife on November 30th. Realizing that it was a relatively short time until Christmas, and that the order had to be produced to our specifications during the busiest time of the year, I had a back up plan if it did not arrive in time for Christmas day. We did receive an email telling us it had shipped and should reach us on the 24th, but knowing it had to come across the country and over the border, we really did not expect it to arrive on time. My gifts were all wrapped and under the tree on the 24th, including an envelope with a photo as the back up plan, when the door bell rang and the UPS delivery arrived. We didn't have time to open it and make sure it was as ordered so were just as pleasantly surprised as our son and daughter in law when they opened it. It was beautiful and they were thrilled. So, thank you Momentsengraved for a beautiful product, and for letting us know that you were doing your best to get it to us on time. You exceeded our expectations and we will definitely recommend you to our friends.
