I am completely pleased and satisfied with my monogramed sign purchased from Moments engraved. I could not be more happy. I purchased as a family gift for Christmas and it was delivered on Christmas Eve despite the busy season. Just in time for me to put under the tree. I just recently hung it since I have nothing but time on my hands on the weekends. Use of the magnetic hanging kit made it super easy to hang. I LOVE seeing this everyday. I have to admit before starting my review, it’s a good thing I didn’t read other reviews before ordering or I probably wouldn’t have. I was actually disappointed to see how many negative reviews they received compared to positive ones. Having said that, I have been a very satisfied customer. The piece I ordered is intended to hang outside, which we have not done yet and I truly hope that it is of good quality and holds up. Like others in their reviews, I had also ordered in early December thinking it would be enough time to get it for Christmas. Unfortunately, it was late in January before we did. And the only reason I’m not upset by this is the CEO actually messaged me informing me that they had received so many orders and that if you had not ordered by a certain date but it would be late and of course mine was one day after that. Oh well, I guess that’s life, no big deal. When it did arrive, we were both very pleased with the outcome of it. I’m not sure about future purchases and that might be partly from the reviews and partly that there are other options out there that I discovered after ordering this. As for this item we are satisfied.
