WARNING: Dishonest company that will steal your money, lie to you to get you to sign up and ruin your business and relationships with customers. I don't even know where to start. Swapping my business to momence is one of the worst decisions i have ever made. Literally could not get a thing right. Staff don't know how to use their own software. They lie to you and don't refund where mistakes are made/. And the software is cheap, unclear, impossible to trace clients accounts accurately and completely disfunctional. Any 5 star review must be false because I have been in this business over a decade and cannot believe how bad this software is! Was misinformed on numerous occasions. Overcharged myself and my customers accounts an absolute mess meaning we lost customers due to incorrect charges during holds etc. DO NOT DO THIS TO YOURSELF!

We just transitioned from Mindbody yesterday and the level of customer service and quick response during some glitches ( mostly user error) have been great. Brian was super helpful today and everyone has been great .

My second negative review here. After emailing to try and get my account unlocked, I’ve been sent a really pointless email about tips anyone with sense would do before reach out of for support. However, the last (laughable) step is the go onto the support page and do a 24/7 chat.. if there was an actual link or button I could click to do this I would but the website is faulty and clearly wasn’t checked over before launching. Still have around £70 of Pilates lessons I’m not able access that’s to the helpful advice of the support team.

I really like the Momence platform, it works well and is easy for me to use, minimal issues from the client side as well. Just be aware that they will tell you all that you have to pay as a business is the subscription fee, but you will actually be charged a lot in processing fees through their processing partner Stripe. I confirmed with the Momence rep before I signed up that there would be no extra fees that would surprise me on a monthly basis. I am now charged double what I pay for the subscription each month, on Stripe processing fees. Pretty disappointing and crippling for a very small business such as my own. Stripe is impossible to communicate with and you will only be able to speak with a robot. I wish the fees were outlined prior to signing up. Outside of the financials I am happy with the platform as a service.

I feel that strongly that micro businesses especially, should know how careless they are. This time their tier system did not work. They sold more at the first tier level than the amount I set. And so of course I reached out to the help desk who forwarded me to their experts.. which is an email response and always a wait. When this happens forget getting a fast resolution. This was over two weeks ago. I notice Momence have a few ways of dealing with problems. First, sometimes they fix them and then respond and deny the problem ever existed in the first place. The second is, like this time, emails go round and round, passing the problem on between engineers, each of whom never properly read the thread. Asking the same questions, making the same assumptions and never trying to solve the problem. The third is that they blame you, assuming you have no skills and that it was you that got it wrong. This goes hand in hand with the above. The fourth which also goes hand in hand, is that they write nonsense, and do not address the issue so many times and over such a long period that you eventuallly give up. Which I have - often. This time, I have asked for compensation for lost income. This has not been addressed and presumably they are hoping the problem will go away. I am trying to find to Momence a replacement but it's finding time to look, not to mention the hours of resources it will cost me to change. But it will happen. After my last one star review they responded and asked me how to make things better but did not give me a link, email or number to respond. Like I said in my last email to them. .. it is not personal, it's just cultural. And it's stressful to be driven to this nonsense.

Today was a better experience, the first time is has been a please process, I would have given them 5 stars. Mostly trying to get help on Momence is a long winded and very frustratingly slow process and very clunky. Trying to actually speak to someone is near impossible and can take weeks. Very poor service considering how expensive the service is.

My support experience with Momence has been excellent. I can quickly jump into the chat, ask a question, and get a clear answer without having to pick up the phone. The responses are fast, efficient, and helpful. As a busy studio owner, that kind of support makes a big difference.
