The customer service was phenomenal! I emailed looking for something very specific, and after several iterations of me changing my mind we landed on the perfect setting. The team was incredibly patient through the whole process, and the end result was an extremely happy wife. Thank you so much for your amazing efforts and wonderful experience!

I reached out to MollyJewelryUS to custom make an engagement ring for me that looked exactly like my old cheap one, but with high quality materials. Not only did they respond extremely quickly, but they were kind and responsive every step of the way. Working with them was extremely easy and stress free. They made my custom ring and shipped it out extremely fast. My ring is shiny and gorgeous and I am so happy. I would recommended them to anyone.

The post service lost my fiancée's ring in the mail, before they even opened up a claim MollyJewelryUS was already making us a new one. Very great and prompt costumer service. The ring is of good quality and I would happily use them again, very happy with the service. Cody
