Great bike first electric bike we owed. We bought 2 of them one for my wife and me. Very well built and very comfortable. Has all of the tools you need.

The Basalt has been great. I've made multiple 20 mile rides without changing batteries which to me is unbelievable for a bike this powerful. I'm also no small guy (6'2" 230lbs). One thing I could say needs to be improved on is the assembly instructions. I didn't really have any major issues but I did have to reassemble a few things and I could see someone who isn't mechanically inclined struggling with them.

My wife and I bought 2 bikes for Christmas. I bought and Obsidian for my self and she bought a Basalt 2.0 step through. We also got a free hitch mount bike rack and 2 accessory packs. Since it has been really cold we haven't got to go on a big ride. The ordering process was easy, the bikes came quickly and packed well. Assembly was pretty simple. The accessory packs had plenty of stuff for the bikes. Overall it was a great experience.

Overall, the MokWheel Obsidian is a solid ebike with a great build quality. I was able to purchase this bike on sale for $2,199, which I believe is a great price. The bike arrived well-packed and there was no damage during transit. Assembly was also pretty straightforward. If you can assemble a regular bike, then you should have no problem assembling this one. Out on the road, the Obsidian feels sturdy, stable, and well-balanced. It gives you a feeling of confidence, whether you're cruising at low speeds or hitting the top speed on the throttle. The only thing I would change about the bike is the lack of an integrated tail light. Instead, there is an LED brake light that must be charged. It would be nice to have a brake light with turning signals integrated. Despite this one minor issue, I am very happy with the MokWheel Obsidian. It is a great bike for commuting or leisure riding. Bis auf das Zusammenbauen, ist es super praktikabel. Wenn man 2 linke Hände hat dauert es länger. Leider ist das gelieferte Schutzblech für das Vorderrad zu kurz gewesen, wodurch ich es nicht verwenden kann. Vom Handling ist das Bike echt super und ich kann mich nicht beschweren. Preis-Leistung ist super

Ich habe das Basalt und 2 Akkus nun fast ein Jahr. Ich lebe ohne Auto und mache fast Alles mit dem Rad und meinen Anhängern. Als Naturfotograf und leidenschaftlicher Angler hab ich immer sehr viel Ausrüstung dabei und fahre oft unbefestigte Wege. Ausserdem besitze ich ein Tusker Kayak von Zeck und einen Fahradwohnwagen... All dies meistert das Basalt ohne Probleme!! Als das Schloss für den Akku kapging bekam ich innerhalb von 48 Stunden Ersatz! Ein Video vom Kundendienst machte den Ausstausch zum Kinderspiel!
