Great customer service. Fast delivery when bike was ordered online.

I have ridden well over 100 carefree miles on my Mokwheel Obsidian 2.0 with zero problems, I’m glad this is the bike I chose it fits my needs perfectly.

Great value for the money. The bike was easy to assemble with good directions.

I bought the Flint Pro and am very happy with it. I still like to do a lot of the work but as an older rider I really like the power to get up and over hills I had previously given up on, the feeling of that extra help is great! I would have liked a little higher gear ratio for the flat, having to pedal really fast to keep up the speed I like. Very happy that the light bike weight allows me to haul it up and down steps by hand.

Im giving 5 stars for the service I recieved. The battery on my e bike was not charging. I emailed cs and recieved responses within 24 hours. I had to communicate more than 4 times, and they responded promptly. I was eventually able to get my problem resolved. As for the bike itself I'll find out this weekend.

Bike is great but battery shut off on mid trip one day and was fully charged

Bought 4 MokWheel Obsidian 2.0s (two standard and 2 STs) for me, my wife, my son and his wife. Haven’t ridden as much as I wanted to, but so far the bikes are outstanding. Fun to ride, awesome on difficult terrain, and great shock absorption over bumps/curbs!

I purchased this bike for my husband a few months back and he's already put 227 miles on it. He said it's the most comfortable bike he's ever ridden! The frame is solid, the weight distribution is perfect, and he couldn't be happier! The design & accessories on the bike was well thought out, and the quality of the bike is way above the price point! I can not say enough about the Mokwheel's Customer Service, they're top notch!
