Blown away by the customer service 10/10 would recommend to any of my friends / family! Their customer service team is very quick to reply to any emails or questions & was able to exchange a ring I had ordered prior to shipping! I am very excited to receive my rings not only are they beautiful however also affordable (which is very important as my husband and I have 5 children). I am also very thrilled at the lifetime warranty. I had originally had a wedding set from a local jeweler where I reside - however after my pregnancy my rings just didn’t fit quite the same & my engagement ring unfortunately had gotten misplaced. I was blessed to come across modgents website. You don’t have to have something super expensive to have something absolutely beautiful! I am excited to continue to make more future orders as they have won me over as a loyal customer!

Modern gents is amazing. Ordered the evermore and I was blown away but I wanted a bigger stone so I just ordered the lovely. Patiently waiting on that. I just wished they shipped internationally for those of us who lives outside of the US

Well over 10 out of 10! My phone automatically entered a previous address and I forgot to change the zip code when I was entering the new one in. I didn't notice it till I had the confirmation of purchase. I emailed the customer service and figured it'd be the next day atleast before I'd hear back from them,but it only took maybe 10-15 minutes and they had already addressed the problem and corrected it. I would definitely recommend to them to anyone! And customer service and support is one of the major needs for a company to be successful, and well they've got that for sure! Plus they have great prices and awesome deals and even special coupons you can get to even save more money! And lifetime warranty and free shipping! All I can say is good about them! Great job guys! Really enjoyed our purchase - The Excalibur ring for men. It is Tungsten and surprisingly heavy and of a nice quality. Exactly what we were looking for, exactly in our desired price range and tremendous customer service from Mike, one of the co-owners. I would primarily recommend the male's rings, very highly.

The three stars are coming from the beauty of the ring.. I received the star light set, for my engagement.. when it arrived the box was so smashed, it crushed my ring. I had to literally ARGUE with someone for 3 days, before they decided “we will replace it”, instead of “just send it back, and we will bend it straight”... IT WAS CRUSHED. I wanted a replacement, or my refund. Well, low & behold.. my replacement came into today.. BENT. Worse than the first ring. (This one wasn’t crushed in shipping, as the box was perfect) I’m not going through the trouble of having this one replaced. I give up with this company. I’d give 0 stars to the shipping company.. 2 stars for the customer service, because they did eventually replace my ring.

I received my ring yesterday. Shipping was super fast. It is absolutely gorgeous. I’ve been married almost 29 years and haven’t been able to wear my original wedding set for quite a while. This was an awesome opportunity for a replacement set and I wasn’t disappointed. I’m so glad I found this company. I will be recommending to my family and friends
