Modern Gents Trading Co.Reviews of modgents.com

My rings that I purchased from them are gorgeous and they came way faster than expected with free shipping it really made proposing to the love of my life so much easier and more affordable!!!

I seen these but was a little worried that my girl wouldn’t want to have anything “cheap” on her finger!!! But she never fails to impress me , and she loved it!!! I wish I could afford the “ Real deal” but as long as she’s happy..,, I’m happy!!! Thank U “ Modern Gents”

Update: they reached out to me and not only was I able to exchange it for a different ring, but they're also allowing me to send back the defective one when I receive the new ring so I don't have to print and fill out the exchange form, which is SO nice because my printer hasn't been working lately. Micaela was super helpful and made it right. A+ customer service! The ring I bought was pretty but one of the stones fell out an hour later! I know they offer repairs, but how can I trust the quality of the jewelry now? I don't have time to keep sending it back for repairs if needed in the future, especially if I'm paying for the shipping. Not sure if I want to send it in for a repair anyway or just return it. If I return it, they'll charge me a 20% restocking fee for already wearing it. So disappointed. I don't think I'll ever buy anything from this company again.

Great experience My fiance LOVES her ring. We ordered a little small and the exchange process was simple and Modern Gents was super helpful!

I purchased two rings from this company 4 years ago. I wear the band I purchased nearly everyday. The rose gold looks amazing to this day. I wash my hands all the time and I do a lot of activities outdoors. The stones have stayed in place and the band looks excellent. My engagement ring was purchased at a high end jewelry store and there is no apparent different in quality.

First of all, I want to say that they have amazing customer service! I wanted a ring I can wear everyday in place of my original engagement ring which I wear only in special events. I ordered The Enchanted and it looked so much better in real life. Unfortunately, one of the small stones fell out the next day. I sent an email about it and I got a response quickly! They were incredibly responsive. I returned the item and exchanged it for the Sofia instead. I now have it and I absolutely love it! I give them 4stars since there is always room for improvement. I'm looking to buy other items from their website.

Best customer service on the planet. Very responsive, pleasant, and eager to help. Very happy with my experience.

I was incredibly surprised at the quality of the cubic zirconia. I have been looking to find a fake ring to travel with for a long time as my normal wedding band has a lot of sentimental value. I was very disappointed after ordering quite a few fakes, as none of them looked even remotely real. These are very different. The refraction is much more realistic of a diamond. I don't think anyone who would be expecting me to have a nice ring would think that it was a fake. My only complaint is that they don't offer solid gold settings, but you could definitely purchase a ring and get the stone reset. In a higher quality setting I can't imagine that anyone would question what the stone was. This is far more realistic looking than a lot of the moissanite that shows hints of red or other shades that you would not expect to see in a diamond. Especially in dim lighting this stone really pulls through to look realistic. I ordered the Elena, and since receiving it have also ordered the Olivia.
