Modern Gents Trading Co.Reviews of modgents.com

Received my beautiful ring for Valentines Day and I am over the moon in love with it!! Have already gotten so many compliments on how stunning it is!

Modgents is an amazing jewelry shop. Their service is absolutely amazing. I returned a product for resizing and in the process of shipping it was stolen. Modgents replaced the item for me free. They turned a sad situation into smiles and gratitude. The customer service was so good. Thanks guys.

Excellent quality products….Phenomenal customer service! If you are thinking about buying from them do it! don’t even think twice

I've bought 3 different rings now through modern gents and every single one is beautiful! My original set was rose gold and I found that the color was fading into a silver on a few small spots so I contacted customer service and they offered a free repair or replacement immediately. Their customer service is above and beyond.

Nice rings! Fast shipping, very helpful customer service

I had two different issues, both my fault. I had trouble finding o it how to correct these issues so I resorted to email them directly, asking how I could get these issues resolved. Typically a company will instruct you on how to go about this process, however, modern gents was able to use common sense and deductive reasoning, something that other companies need to learn. Modern gents took the information that I gave them and just corrected these issues almost IMMEDIATELY. I was extremely pleased with how easy they made this process.

Reasonable product but terrible return/exchange communication. I exchanged my first purchase as it did not look good on my hand. The new rings were too small so I promptly returned them for a refund. However- because the original order was now over 60 days ago- they refuse to refund my money. Options given- they’ll send it back or resize it for $15. Not good enough! Keep your rings and give me my $ back

I have bought three different rings from Mod Gents and have had great luck with them. All rings are beautiful. Recently a ring I had purchased in March 2022 had grown sort of cloudy and not as shiny anymore by December 2022. I tried to clean it based on their recommendations on the website but it didn't seem to help. I then reached out to them and sent photos. They responded quickly to me. All I had to do was send back the item, and they send me a brand new one back in the mail. It's absolutely gorgeous, and having now used the lifetime warranty I can say it's for real. I really appreciate their help and the quality from the company.
