UPDATE 6/9/2023- after writing my initial 2 star review, Modern Gents reached out to me to rectify the product. They sent me a replacement ring and it has not disappointed! It’s beautiful, sparkly and looks like a real diamond. I received the replacement three days ago and I have gotten so many compliments! Thank you Modern Gents I had to sell my ring to help cover some unforeseen expenses. I found Modern Gents and compared to other diamond alternative companies. I even read the reviews on this and other forums. I decided to purchase the Bliss set with the Zoey accent band. When it arrived it felt differently than my original set. Understandable as this is not a diamond or lab created diamond in any way. However, after 4 days of owning the ring, not even one full day of wearing it, the stone is cloudy and doesn’t have the sparkle that others refer to. I will have to wait to afford a replacement ring and just beware of the “Tik Tok made me buy it” trends.

My friends and I bought the same friendship ring (Lovely) and had the best shopping experience. Some of us had to cancel our initial order and reorder. We received a cancellation and refund response under 24 hours. Good customer service still exists! We’ve ordered more since and will keep on shopping!

Made a mistake during ordering and emailed CS to correct it—nearly immediately received a response it was corrected and saw a confirmation to my order with the corrections. Fantastic customer service in a day that companies point to email inboxes and they can go unresponded to indefinitely. ModGents wins loyalty of this customer by how easy it is to do business with them.

I have purchased from this company a multiple times, products are very affordable and the quality has always been great! Recently I purchased a new men’s wedding band and accidentally input the incorrect shipping address, I emailed Modern Gents explaining the issue and got a response right away that my issue was resolved. Wonderful customer service! Thanks for being a great company!

I originally ordered the 3 rings in the wrong size. The exchange process was easy and I received the replacements incredibly fast. However, I've had the rings on less than 4 hours and my finger is already green. So there's $200 wasted!! The rings are nice looking, but they lose all the beauty on a green finger.

My experience was great from the moment I clicked on the website, to after I’ve had multiple purchases and received them. The quality is exceptional and it truly looks better than a natural grown diamond (I’ve compared them). The customer service is amazing and they are so nice. In LOVE with my Chelsea and always. I also have the Sadie, eternity and forever but I can’t speak for those because I’m still losing weight to grow into them. They’re beautiful and I can’t wait to wear them but can’t yet. I could’ve exchanged with they’re great exchange policy. But figured no need since I’ve already lost so much weight. I will always recommend Modern Gents!

Modern Gents is always so helpful! I’ve always had great customer service through them and my jewelry stays in tiptop condition. I recently had a horrible experience with a very well know brand, who is supposed to have very high quality jewelry but modern gents is the only one who truly stands the test of time. 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking for a jewelry brand who is always willing to help you!

SUPER FAST shipping and excellent customer service! These guys are top notch. And the ring, omg the ring!! I'm using it as an everyday so I can keep my real one from being damaged since I use my hands so much. You really can't tell the difference! The price point is perfect!!
