Modern Gents Trading Co.Reviews of modgents.com

Got the Evelyn rose gold ring set and it is absolutely gorgeous. The order was easy and affordable and delivery was quick😍 This is for celebrating 15 years of marriage and I plan on getting more

I have purchased several pieces of jewelry rings necklaces these guys are top shelf providers!!

I am truly impressed with Modern Gents products. A few years ago I picked a band called “The Sadie”. Just yesterday, I recorded my dream solitaire ring from Modern Gents in the mail. It’s called “The Ava”. I’ve paired it with “The Sadie” & I absolutely love it. I have small hands so dainty rings look better on me than bigger “overstated rings do. Modern Gents offers a variety of truly beautiful and unique pieces that coincide with each individual whom chooses to shop either them. I will be doing more business with Modern Gents in the future!

This was my first order and I was well pleased. Great product. Easy ordering. Thanks making it easy to purchase. I purchased the ring for my wife for our anniversary. It's one she was wanting but our anniversary is a few days away. I know she will be excited. Rodney

First I bought a ring but it was too thick for me, I contacted customer service for a exchange and they recommended one that could fit more to my style and they where right, my ring cMe very fast and was beautiful! They have an excellent customer service and great quality for the price

So I was cruising social media and came across Modern Gents. While I was reviewing I accidentally hit buy now instead of "apply discount." I wrote to their customer service and shared my accident. They immediately refunded my purchase along with a very nice note. Having spent almost 35 years in a customer facing industry and a decade in customer service leadership for a fortune 50 company, I was overwhelmed with their attention to the customer. So I went back....reviewed their options and chose an engagement ring and band. I wasn't expecting much from an online company. But again was overwhelmed. So couple their quality of the product with their commitment to exceptional customer service...I will forever champion this company! If you are on the fence...dont hesitate. Do it.

As a returning customer, I always get compliments for both of my ring sets that I’ve purchased! I absolutely love both sets I’ve received! I will not purchase from another company! I highly recommend Modern Gents 1000%! You’ll never be disappointed!

Great customer service and communication. I would recommend 100%.
