Excellent Old-School Customer Service. My Groom and I have purchased my engagement ring, wedding band, and his wedding band, as well as two pairs of earrings from Modern Gents. Every item has exceeded our expectations in quality, and most importantly their customer service is really great. So frequently now companies force you to speak to an AI chatbot or leave your email request in limbo for 72 business years, but this company is responsive and helpful right away. I returned a ring that needed a different size and the turn around time was fantastic. It's clear that this company is using the money they save on "real" diamonds to pay for a top-tier customer service team. 10/10

So we’ve only had the rings for a day B U T I cannot stop staring at it. The fit is perfect, it’s super shiny and bright and it just makes me feel so complete. My husband’s is also rather perfect and looks great on his hand which completes the whole experience. I may end up keeping this ring on forever instead of just for the interim that’s how lovely it is.

Purchased a diamond like band. Very nice, finish is beautiful and the stones look just like real diamonds. Will buy more in time. Also bought silver rings seperately also beautifully made and the fit is perfect
