Easy to use and navigate

I have just taken delivery of my latest Modelux order and the quality is, as always, superb. The new "Cadira" building has the most fantastic shop front and is an excellent addition to the range. I have purchased their models over a couple of years now and they are very impressive in detailing and depth.A highly recommended company and a pleasure to deal with.

Kit received (wrong one - empty gasometer not full one) contacted company and was promised they would send parts to make up right kit since then nothing have tried contacting them (five times now) with no response

An excellent product. Albeit a company still in its infancy and still learning. Anyone experiencing any delays with their orders please be patient it's well worth the wait. I was concerned with delay of my order but all came good. A small company with a big image and hopefully a very bright future. An asset to model making. G Codling

I still have not received my order Despite sending two E mails to which you have not responded too So I am afraid that my experience with your company will not be repeated Sorry After speaking to this company everything is now OK It appears that Royal Mail is to blame on this one I will be givng them another order from this company again
