Update about the flimsy quality and it's not good they are now scrap and a waste of money the layout isn't even finished yet , I accidentally dropped a 1cm thick x 10cm sheet of polystyrene which doesn't weigh anything and it collapsed both arches and buckled everything what do you expect it's just wafer thin card which simply isn't the right materials for the job My old review the card is a bit on the thin side and n guage double suspension bridge isn't really wide enough for 2 tracks there's 1mm clearance between 2 locos and the railings so needs modification to widen it and the braces underneath but wasn't a problem

Beautiful products, good quality, and speedy service.

Only just got product and not been given time to build so can’t give a comet about said product. Delivery was good product was packed ok so what more can I say.

The models themselves are excellent and they look great. Unfortunately let down by very poor instructions. I have just made their signal box more by guesswork as the instruction sheet gave no help. I've just gone and looked at the photos on their website and realise that I had a peice missing. No way of knowing this as there is no list of parts.

Great model but some of the structural elements were missing notches. I'm going to have to modify

Ordered from Toby Mitchell Wood’s Ebay store. Items are not posted after 3 weeks, inquired then he blamed Ebay for suspending his account due to negative feedback. Dude, how is my order affected as I paid way before the suspension? Asked him to post asap, followed up with a few messages and all were ignored. No response, no update, no apologies, only hiding. That’s the way this guy runs his business and treated his customers, should be avoided at all costs.

I ordered 3 items on the 19th April 2024. In the 9th May the items were sent, to the wrong address. Subsequent phone call assured me the 'matter was in hand', 'will be dispatched from stock today', 'waiting for the Post Office'. I have also sent 2 emails with no answer and attempts to phone have met with 'call ended'. I cannot comment on the quality of the products as I am yet to receive them. The company has kept my money and has not supplied the goods I ordered. 1 star is being generous.

Ordered an item on the 28th of june ,it is now the 24th of july and 4 e-mails later with no response one email on the 15th July saying it had been dispatched by royal mail 24hr tracking . Tracking number say it is still waiting for package from Modelux. VERY POOR SERVICE CAN'T GET MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE THEY DON'T ANSWER E-MAILS This is not my first experience of bad service from Modelux UPDATE 25/08/2024 I have change my rating from one star to two star because they have now been in contact to apologise for the awful service and have now sent me the Model i ordered and a free model the reason for the two stars is the fact they are so difficult to get in touch with because they don't answer E-mails and the phone number just goes dead.
