Very finely detailed engine shed and grat looking model. However in n gauge the roof structures are very, very fragile and not for anyone without the lightest touch. Recommended but not for the novice.

I have just finished the Victorian York Warehouse 1 kit. After a dummy run, the building went together well and makes a nice model. BUT the " crane" leaves a lot to be desired. I expected it to be fiddlely but the I instructions are completely incorrect! Check the diagram on the instruction leaflet the box section is incorrect.( 2 tops and 1 side). I did get there in the end but there must be a better alternative.

I ordered a Butters Crane November 2023, expecting it to arrive in time for Christmas. It did not. Throughout 2024 I chased it time and time again. Emails, messages, calls to the company. Confirmed the delivery address was correct. Time and again I was told it had now been dispatched - they were fobbing me off every time. It is now May 2025 and I still do not have the product, nor an offer of a refund. Update 17 Apr: I have now recieved a refund and offer for the crane to be dispatched, thank you.

I placed two separate orders in July for a total of 4 kits. Only 3 arrived, I queried this and was assured the remaining kit would be sent out straight away. Despite chasing via scores of emails and a telephone call and been given multiple assurances it would be sent, I am still waiting (6 months later!). I will change my review if the situation improves. Update 14/02/25, spoke on telephone and assured it would be looked into and sorted within 2 weeks.

Only just got product and not been given time to build so can’t give a comet about said product. Delivery was good product was packed ok so what more can I say.

Great model but some of the structural elements were missing notches. I'm going to have to modify

I've amended my rating as they have responded to my last post and apologised and taking steps to remedy the situation re my order etc. They have admitted they are struggling to meet the demand for their products. I am willing to be patient for now knowing that is the case.
