ModeluxReviews of modelux.store

1st ordered on the 19th January and the kits have still not been sent out, but this is merely the start of the matter. I allowed a full working week before raising a query and was told I would get my order by Tuesday the 28th. I did not. I tried to resolve it by phone twice, the fist time no call was returned and the second cut off before I could pick up my phone. I called back and again was told they would be sent out and they were not .I emailed again being told they would be here by the 28th and they did not arrive I emailed for a refund twice and at point of writing this I have not even been emailed back. Later after writing this review the kits were delivered and they are superb. It's just a pity about the delay.

Bought new from an ebay site. Beautifully made parts with excellent detail. That's the good part. The Instructions if you can call it that are appalling. Thanks to the pictures provided on the ebay page showing the completed model have been able to get some idea of how to put it together. Fast packs from China are easier. Such a shame. Sort out proper instructions and you will have a very successful business.

Firstly, received model a couple of days after ordering. On assembly realised parts missing so emailed and was told that they had been missed out and extra parts were sent. Having received the parts there were still bits missing . Emailed again but no reply after 5 days. I have made the model into a run down abandoned wharehouse to get round the missing parts. Real shame as the model is superb and would have purchased more but not now. Gave 2 star for quality of model and fast delivery

Ordered an item on the 28th of june ,it is now the 24th of july and 4 e-mails later with no response one email on the 15th July saying it had been dispatched by royal mail 24hr tracking . Tracking number say it is still waiting for package from Modelux. VERY POOR SERVICE CAN'T GET MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE THEY DON'T ANSWER E-MAILS This is not my first experience of bad service from Modelux UPDATE 25/08/2024 I have change my rating from one star to two star because they have now been in contact to apologise for the awful service and have now sent me the Model i ordered and a free model the reason for the two stars is the fact they are so difficult to get in touch with because they don't answer E-mails and the phone number just goes dead.
