My boyfriend had visited this store and was greeted by Alex Issa. He helped George with a beautiful dining table which I came back yesterday to see and Alex helped us with dining table chairs, a bench for bottom of our bed, round swivel leather chairs that were perfect to add to our living room. He was so helpful and highly experienced in design. We are so pleased we will tell all our friends and family. Thank you Alex and Modani for your expertise in design! Trisha& George

I came into the store on 12/26 not sure if I would find anything I liked or that would be in stock. Alex helped my boyfriend and I find a new couch, a new bed, and a new dining table. Although new, he was polite and attentive. The manager was also very nice and helped Alex when he needed it. There was, however, a third salesperson working that day. She had short dark hair and sat between Alex and the store manager. Whenever Alex asked a question, she responded in a very rude manner. As a practice manager myself for a medical office, I always tell my employees that the way you treat each other is also the way you treat the customer because they can see and hear everything you say. I loved your store. I loved the high end feel and the beautiful decor, but I did not love the “high end” attitude the other saleswoman had. She should treat the new people the same was she treats everyone else. Other than that, we had a fabulous experience and will certainly be back to see Alex and finish decorating the rest of our new home.

Hice mi compra en modani el 12/12/2020 me atendieron súper bien por vender, compré 1 mesa y 4 sillas el delivery era hoy 12/23/2020 tengo 2 días enviando correos a la vendedora para verificar la entrega y nadie sabe darme información a pesar que llamo nadie sabe decir lo qué pasó con mi delivery nadie me llama para pedir disculpas, he hecho 4 llamadas y nadie me da solución la atención es PÉSIMA, solo me dicen pasaremos una nota al supervisor de la tienda,no tendré mi mesa para la cena de navidad ,no se lo recomiendo a NADiE, no le importan los clientes, deje de hacer mis compras de navidad por esperar en casa la entrega y perdí mi tiempo. Todo esto es la tienda de Dallas texas.

This is one of the worst companies you can ever give your money to. It’s a part-time job getting them on the phone, they’ve had my money for so long and canceled so many deliveries it’s ridiculous stay far away from this company!

Don’t even think of giving this company your business. I placed an Order in October 2020 for a set of dining chairs. It took me seven calls to Modani’s answering service and two of their stores to finally get in contact with a representative with an update on our order. I was then misinformed as to the date of the shipment’s arrival: first told chairs were arriving a week before Thanksgiving, second, that they were expected on 11/25. Sure enough, there was no shipment on any of these dates nor was there an update from Modani, and we had no dining chairs on Thanksgiving. When the chairs finally arrived, I discovered they were defective. Again, no contact from Modani! Needless to say I will not be doing business with them again.
