I purchased the Pride Mobility Jazzy 1450. Excellent powered chair! Unfortunately there was a mixup during shipping and it was shipped with the incorrect seat. Edward and his team were very easy to work with and went above and beyond to remedy the issue. As a matter of fact, the customer service was so good I am now looking to purchase a second powered chair from Mobility Scooters Direct just for travel. I am a very pleased customer. Sid took my original call, researched with the manufacturer to identify the correct part, called me back and also sent an email with a link for the correct part. I placed my order and mistakenly gave my old email address. So I did not get a confirmation of sale.
