I researched your product online. When I called your number I spoke with Albert. He confirmed all that I’d read and answered my additional questions. Very friendly and helpful. Also no pressure to commit to service immediately. We did decide to try the medical alert system. Albert was even able to expedite delivery due to our travel restrictions. System was very easy to activate-a definite plus! No app to download, just plug it in and activate test call. Having the fall alert for our loved one makes us all feel a bit better.
