Explanation was very thorough, and I was able to understand the process. Donna was very gracious, concerned and helpful. My mother fell many years ago and, not having a mobile device, died before someone found her. I had not insisted on an alert. I will make sure that now, after many years of guilt, my daughter will not experience the same.

I am awaiting the arrival of a pendant for my mother, so I can't comment on the product itself yet but safety consultant Patrick was very helpful, professional, and understanding throughout the entire order process. He helped me to find the right product for my mother, thoroughly explained the features of the Micro pendant, and answered all of my questions.

The safety consultant, Noel, was very knowlegable. He was patient and understanding, and he explained the program to me.
