I don't know how pleased I am going to be with their device, as I have not gotten it yet, just ordered. I am baseing my evaluation on the sales help I got from Donna. I first spoke with Donna last Thursday. I found her to be very knowledgeable regarding the product, she has excellent people skills and sales skills. She was not at all pushy when it came to purchasing on the spot.

Farris was very understanding and professional.

The representative was knowledgeable and very helpful in signing my mom up for service.

Kept trying to get a hold of me. The deal price is wonderful and I know it will be easy to use.

They kept track of all the times I called an were able to answer all my questions. Amazing sales guy and very knowledgeable on the product. I'm sure we made the best decision.

Stuart was very helpful and compassionate in explaining the MobileHelp product. He gave me suggestions as to what to say to encourage my Mom to wear the necklace or the bracelet. He explained that the product will come with fall detection in the event that someone is unable to push the button. We have not received the device yet, but look forward to getting it soon. I hope that my Mom never has to use it, but it will give me peace of mind knowing that if she needs it, it will be there for her.
