I contacted Mobile Help via their website and received a call immediately from their customer service department. The rep was extremely personable and pleasant to work with. He answered all my questions and gave me all the discounts mentioned on the website as well as a referral bonus for my aunt who already has the Mobile Help.

My Mom has accidentally triggered the device 3 times so far and the response has been great this company along with their reps have all been great, would recommend this product and service for anyone who is in the position of possibly needing such a service or who has a loved one that possibly needs the extra security .... This is a follow up being done on 5/13/26, as it turns out my Mom accidentally triggered the device on multiple occasions and I think they always responded however on the 1 time she actually fell she laid on the floor for 5 hours and pushed the button many times to no avail , when my sister found her she tried it and also got no response and when I got there about 1/2 hour after my sister did I also tried it and got no response , I tried it again about an hour later and finally got a response . When I called them to complain about it the response was " well its working now" I kept the product for about 6 more months thinking its better than nothing and when I called to cancel it I was put on hold for so long that I hung up and called again very mad and the guy that answered their phone with an attitude told me he could cancel it I first had to mail back the equipment , in any event I'm done with them and hope anyone thats using this for a loved one has better luck than my mom did.

Just signed with MobilHelp and process was made very easy thanks to Tom. Was planning on comparing plans with other companies, but MobilHelp had everything I needed and thought cost was very reasonable. Tom explained every detail and answered every question and I feel I made a good choice. Thanks Tom!
