Euipment and Connectivity Failures
This is not just for today. Since signing up I have had 3-Equpment replacements including original order. I have experienced multiple "test" failures and connectivity problems with the network used in my area for the main unit (in the house). Mobile seems ok. If Mobile is ok the base should be comparable. When network is down experienced NO NOTIFICATION. In my opinion equipment is questionable as is the network and monitoring for network being down and failure to notify clients.

When my mother alerted MobileHelp
When my mother alerted MobileHelp, they spoke with her via the device, and then called me and relayed the information. That was very helpful.

Happy we had Mobile Help
I have this monitor in place for my elderly mother. She fell a few weeks ago and Mobile Help called assistance for her. She did end up in the hospital and is currently staying with me as she recovers but we are looking forward to her being able to return to her home with Mobile Help just a button push away.

WHO’S THIS FOR? You sent us an item that we didn’t…
You sent us an item that we didn’t order or want. Edit after MobileHelp reply…. We have received replacement items for low battery many times. However, as originally stated, the item that was sent isn’t even on our profile. Now that I see you have ‘canned replies’ it makes me wonder what else is automated. May have to reconsider loyalty.
