The first specialist I spoke with was pleasant as well as extremely patient and suggested a GPS system to meet my needs. He spent a great deal of time addressing my questions that day, as well as when I contacted him with more questions a day or so later. Today I called to clarify one more concern and was connected to another representative since the first was unavailable. The second was equally as kind, patient and answered my questions. While I feel very guilty not waiting until I could reach the first representative another day, I was afraid to delay any longer. I decided to make the purchase today since I am recovering from injuries due to a recent fall. I was unable to get up or reach a phone for a while after and it was a very scary situation! If these two gentlemen are any indication of what can be expected from MobileHelp, I feel confident I have made an excellent choice. While the hope is to never need it, it is comforting knowing help will be available. Many thanks to both of those young men and their courtesy and patience !!!
