I feel very secure with the system. Customer support has always been courteous and helpful. After a number of years, the updating of the equipment to the same but new, was very much appreciated. I live alone with some complications, and your equipment and service are most important to me.

I wish there was more communication with the company. I wish the company conducted regular system checks. The only communication with the company is the bill.
