Technical was awesome
Technical was awesome, as well as the person who enrolled me into your program. They were both very patient and explained all aspects of the benefits how best to protect myself. Looking forward to a long time relationship with Mobile Help. June D'Angelo

The pendent went off way too much
The pendent went off way too much. I had to put it under my sweater so I didn't go off especially when I was eating.

The customer service tech I spoke to…
The customer service tech I spoke to was the sweetest lady. Helped me feel comfortable asking questions about things I knew nothing about. And she took me and guided me to the best plan for my particular situation. For example, I was not going to get the "protection from falls", but after questioning me, she brought things to mind that i do need it. So I bought it.
