So far so good. Everything (pendant and lockbox) arrived very quickly and was ready to use. The only complaint is that it is confusing when you want to set up your emergency contacts. The phone number on the pamphlet is for “dispatch” and they can not help you set it up. I finally reached someone who advised I needed to go online and complete the info. That’s fine for me, a 45 year old person. That’s not fine for an 87 year old person. Hopefully that’s the only issue.
