Donna our rep was outstanding! She made sure we were well informed about the service available from Mobile Help. Selling points included. Human contact should we need to use the service. Cost of equipment included. 3 call centers in US. And several others factors that other companies did not discuss or offer as a service and full explanation on how the fall alert system works.

The representative, Stuart Hershey, made the experience with MobileHelp great, and that is why I chose this company over other companies I spoke with in my efforts to obtain a safety system for Mom. The single attribute that made this experience far superior to my experience with other companies was that Mr. Hershey listened to my answers to his questions. A significant degree of confidence is instilled in a customer when the representative of the company is engaged in a conversation and not just reading a script. I completely understand a customer representative having a script; it is necessary at times, but it is also necessary that a representative not be so caught up in the script that the representative forgets she is talking to another person. The experience with MobileHelp is one I highly recommend.

The personalities of the various agents that have helped me are so kind, empathetic, professional and listen! I have worked with Samuel, Angel, and Jessica in the last three days. This was probably the most important reason for me to return to Mobile Help after a number of years. A company can have the least expensive product and terrible customer service. Although, money is a very important factor for me, how a company treats their customers far outweighs that.
