Caden was very helpful and understanding about my concerns and needs in choosing an appropriate device in case of a fall or other emergency. The package arrived overnight and was simple to get started. All I needed to do was to complete the full charge and I was good to go. So far so good! Hopefully I will not need to use it for an emergency, but it is comforting to know that I have the ability to get help if needed.
