My second review after talking to Customer Service
I wrote a previous review after I realized that my husband's dementia would keep him from using the help that Mobile Help could give him. After calling Customer Service about sending it back, Dessiray helped arranged for me to send back the system after I explained to her why we couldn't use it. She was very helpful and I will be able to send it back and get a refund as soon as they receive the system. I hope others will be able to use this system, but was just not for us.
