I have not received my alert equipment…
I have not received my alert equipment yet. I paid at the time I ordered it and asked to receive it right away - where is is?

Easy and Felt Trust in Product
The phone representative instilled confidence and answered our questions with knowledge of product and how to best meet our needs. We greatly appreciated there was no aggressive sales pitch. It was so easy to do that we were able to complete our transaction while traveling.
