Just purchased the Micro system.
I had researched alert systems for my Mom and MobileHelp was often mentioned and highly regarded. I called and talked to Aaron to ask questions. He helped me determine what system was best for our needs. I can't speak highly enough about his customer service. The system was delivered and set up. I made a follow up call to double-check the setup and notifications. Michael was also very helpful in that regard.
