NOT PACEMAKER SAFE
I was told by 2 customer service reps that it is pace maker safe that us why we went with this company for our parents when we set it up we were told it's not pacemaker safe they could have killed our parents or have harm done to them

A pleasant service:

No call-back
I was promised a call back at a scheduled time and never got it. I had to call and hunt down the first person I talked to.
