Easy to set up
Easy to set up and yes. My only gripe is the extra wall mount button is very difficult to mount. Should have stick on pads and no screws

helpful and caring representative who walked us through setting up our new equipment.equip.
PROMISES WERE KEPT AND AGENT WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL TO US AS SENIORS IN SETTING UP OUR NEW EQUIPMENT. HE WALKED US THROUGH ALL AND EXPLAINED ALL TO US. HE WAS NOT JUST DOING HIS JOB BUT SEEMED TO REALLY CARE ABOUT US AND USED EXTRA PATIENCE WITH US AS 81 AND 91 YEAR OLD CUSTOMERS NOT TECH. SKILLED.

I purchased this device thinking I…
I purchased this device thinking I would be getting something like a necklace that my mom would actually wear. Instead, I got an ugly black box that she definitely will not want to wear no matter the reason. I am very disappointed.
