Great job overall
Great job overall! Very knowledgeable staff who listened to my concerns and helped me find the right product for me! Only thing is that there is apparently an app that I can use to ping my mother's location, but nothing on that in the paperwork that came with the equipment.

Easy ordering
The ordering was easy and plenty of product options. It mentioned, after ordering the product, about a referral bonus which I could have gotten if I knew about it before placing the order. It also mentioned a free month or $40 off but I did not see this option when placing the actual order. Overall it was an easy process.
