Tom whom I spoke with initially and today when I chose your company was very helpful, accurate information given though the website I used did have different annual fee listed than what was now quoted to me. Better business Bureau listed your rating as ! A+ so I was please with that. It sounded like the best deal for me and I appreciate that I was not "hounded" while I was deliberating between other companies - some companies lost my business because they harassed me instead of giving me the respect to wait for my decision I appreciate that!

Having done quite a bit of research, I found my experience with MobileHelp, a big #10 (being the best) … due to the fact that Matthew, the representative who spoke with me was very professional, polite and patient! He answered all my many questions to my satisfaction and even gave me a chance to discuss all the information with my husband! Matthew, plus the alert device, sold us!
