We just signed up for 3 months
We just signed up for 3 months. We ordered a white pendant and got a black one in the mail. Bad start.

Our telephone counselor, Samantha, of your firm, to whom we spoke about benefits and the plan description was, without question, knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. She was patient, because our situation involved some complexities, of which she handled masterfully and in an unflappable manner. She is special, so a special thank you goes to Samantha from us!
