The thorough way that your customer service rep explained all my choices not pushing the most expensive product but said what each one offered and allowed me to choose what best fit my life style

Stewart was personable and very good at…
Stewart was personable and very good at communicating the information about your product. It was also nice that he has personal experience with elderly parents and was able to relate that to what the best safety package would be. My parent's health and environment were taken into account as well. I found it very easy to decide on a package and set it up.

I just received my order and had questions and could not get anyone there to answer the phone..........tried for 3 days and decided to cancel. THIS ORDER IS CANCELLED....#9930632
